The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mergaoliva has been obtained from green picual olives and has been harvested in early October.
Contains a very intense fruity, with varied green sensations: notes of fig, tomato, banana peel, and almond. On the palate, it presents fluidity, complexity, balance, and harmony, with floral nuances. Ideal for raw consumption.
The tin container is ideal because it does not let light through, preventing the deterioration of the AOVE. Due to its size, it is very convenient for everyday use . It is also the recommended container when transportation has to cover long distances, as it is resistant to possible impacts it may receive during the rearrangement of the goods.
