Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oro del Desierto obtained from the best olives of the Picual variety. It has an intense green color that extrapolates to golden tones. Its medium-high fruitiness contributes a scent of freshly cut grass, stem, leaf, and fig. Its flavor leaves a bitterness in the mouth and a slight spiciness with an aftertaste of chlorophyll and fresh lettuce.
