On the olfactory level, we can appreciate maturity with medium intensity of ripe fruit. The tomato and banana are clearly perceived in harmony with an almond, combined with notes of fig leaf.
On the palate, it stands out for its silky texture; the entry on the palate is pleasant. The attributes detected on the nose are once again appreciated, including some additional ones like artichoke, with a ripe, fruity, and slightly green flavor. The bitterness and spiciness are firmly present to a good extent, meaning medium-high intensity without overpowering the fruity flavor of black olive, highlighting the very ripe nuance that envelops the entire oral cavity and invades the retro-nasal passage, leaving a long aftertaste.
