Extra virgin olive oil of picual variety in 2L, made from olives harvested from centenary mountain olive trees of Sierra Mágina (Jaén), which gives the oil a fresh and fruity flavor.
Picual oil is the one that has the most antioxidant properties –protective of the heart, of the arteries, preventive of hypercholesterolemia–. In addition, this type of oil keeps its qualities intact. It is characterized by its resistance in frying. Its consumption is recommended to enjoy its nutritional benefits and unique flavors.
