Aceite Supremo was born in 2013 in Jaén with the aim of offering a unique and versatile olive oil, which is why it produces different varieties of oil: the Arbosana, the native Cornezuelo de Jaén, the Royal, the Picual, the Hojiblanca and the Coupage. Presented in bottles with designs created each year by different artists, all of them provide a unique taste and smell.
Supremo's extra virgin olive oil Picual has an intense and fruity taste of green olives, with a green olive colour. In the mouth it is smooth and clean, with a balanced and very pleasant bitterness and spiciness. Cornezuelo oil is fruity, with an intense green colour. Its flavour is very elegant and complex with a clean and pleasant entry on the palate; very light in bitterness, with a chilli pepper spiciness that appears with a later character. Its royal variety oil, Supremo Royal, is an organic olive oil from Jaén with an intense fruity flavour and a green olive colour. It is clean and fluid on entry, although intense. The coupage oil Supremo Coupage from Jaén has an intense and high green fruity of Green Olive, with green apple tones. The Hojiblanca Supremo Hojiblanca oil has an intense fruity and green olive flavour. It has a smooth and clean entry in the mouth, very marked bitterness and spiciness with a certain pleasant persistence in the mouth. It has the typical chilli pepper spice of green Hojiblanca olives. Supremo Arbosana is a medium intensity oil with a fruity flavour. It has a sweet entry with a pleasant but intense bitter and spicy taste.

Prices of Supremo oils
The price of early harvest Supremo extra virgin olive oil is higher due to the complexity of harvesting, which is in turn more expensive than oil obtained from riper olives. To produce an early harvest olive oil requires around 12 kilos of olives compared to normal extra virgin olive oil, which requires around 4 kilos of olives. This makes early harvest extra virgin olive oil more expensive. If we add to this a bad harvest due to weather conditions, the production of olives goes down and the price goes up.
