Prices of Bravoleum oils
The price of Bravoleum extra virgin olive oil from the early harvest is higher due to the complexity of its collection which is in turn more expensive than oil obtained from more mature olives. To produce early harvest olive oil, about 12 kilos of olives are needed compared to normal extra virgin olive oil, which requires around 4 kilos of olives. This makes early harvest extra virgin olive oil more expensive, even if it is about organic olive oil from Jaénn, due to the difficulty of its procedures. If we add to this a poor harvest due to weather conditions, olive production decreases and the price rises.
