Castillo de Canena Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from its own unique recipe of Harissa sauce, common in North African cuisine, composed of dried red bell pepper, cayenne, garlic, coriander and caraway and perfectly integrated on a base of its fruity and herbaceous Arbequina. It is a spicy and fresh oil that presents in the foreground the toasted aromas of cayenne, followed by garlic, coriander and caraway and added to the fruity and green aromas of fresh arbequina olive juice.
It is ideal as a dressing for mayonnaise, tartares, ceviches, grilled fish, seafood salads, couscous, tajines, patatas bravas, vinaigrettes and stews, among others. This bottle has a unique design with a label that completely surrounds the bottle and with a drawing reminiscent of the tiles of the Arab world in red and orange, also evoking the pigmentation of the oil and Harissa itself.
