This 100% natural and vegan product -the plankton is of vegetable and not animal origin- is unique in the world and offers endless gastronomic experiences. 

It is an intense, bright green oil with plankton in suspension; it is very fresh and elegant, with a balanced mild bitterness and spiciness, which disappears quickly. The sensation in the mouth is very sweet, in balance with the saline notes of the sea. It is ideal with rice and seafood, grilled fish, pasta, octopus, fish tartare and ceviche.

The highly nutritious composition of the oil and plankton offers numerous beneficial properties for the organism. The polyphenols, vitamin E and Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids in EVOO and the plankton's superoxide dismutase, the most powerful antioxidant enzyme known to date, neutralize the free radicals that damage our cells.
