Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dehesa el Molinillo from the Empeltre variety, made from olives harvested at their optimal ripeness. It is an EVOO that stands out for its fruity and nutty aromas, such as walnut and pistachio. On the palate, it is fluid, with a light bitterness and medium spiciness.
AOVE especially indicated for creating raw blends. Easily penetrates foods for making fresh salads such as spinach or arugula, for example, where aromatic herbs or nuts are desired. It is also ideal for use in baking.
