Extra virgin olive oil of picual variety. Contains 15 bottles in 1L PET jug format each, to facilitate its use in the kitchen. This oil is collected and extracted from November to January.
The product is obtained from olives of the picual variety that result in a traditional flavor ideal for use in all types of dishes, both in stews and raw. It has a ripe green olive fruitiness. On the nose, the aromas of almond and apple stand out, and on the palate, it is very balanced, with very mild notes of bitterness and spiciness.
