Nobleza del Sur Centenarium Extra Virgin Olive Oil of early harvest comes from centenary olive groves from Picual olives. This oil has an intense green color. Its fresh, fruity and herbaceous aroma evokes the olive leaf, as well as lavender, tomato plant, green banana, apple, wheat and green almond. In mouth it is well-balanced and provides a slight spiciness and bitterness.
