Extra virgin olive oil obtained from the selection of the best "centenary organic olive groves in the mountains" as well as the best green olives of the picual variety harvested at the optimal ripening point. The milling is done cold below 23ºC, reducing the mixing times, which preserves all the aromas, flavors, and most importantly, maintains all its health benefits due to its antioxidant, heart-healthy, and anti-cancer properties.
It has an emerald green color, on the nose it has a very intense and complex fruity aroma, with a lot of freshness and herbaceous and fruity scents: tomato plant, freshly cut grass, olive leaf, artichoke, green banana, almond. The entry on the palate is powerful and harmonious, very fruity, clean, fragrant, complex, and pleasant, being the continuation of what we have perceived on the nose. Bitterness and spiciness are completely balanced. Great harmony and persistence.
