Jabalcuz is a mountain extra virgin olive oil, extracted from olives of the Picual variety grown in the surroundings of the Sierra de la Pandera. Harvested in November and December, at their optimum ripening point, and mechanically processed during veraison. With fruity notes of grass and tomato, it leaves a fresh, greenish sensation in the mouth. Presented in a practical 5-litre carafe with a safety seal, it combines economy with quality preservation. Ideal for enhancing flavours in cheeses, fish and preserves, as well as in cooking.
