It is a unique oil with a characteristic golden color and an aroma of fresh fruit with hints of freshly cut grass, fresh fruits like banana or fig, and vegetables such as tomato. It is perfect for pairing with salads, carpaccio, and fish.
It has a very young fruity character of green leaf, artichoke, tomato, tomato plant, green apple, and banana peel. On the palate, it possesses the same expressive strength as on the nose, where a pleasant spiciness prevails, noticeable in the throat, along with a slight bitterness.
