    Señorío de Camarasa is an extra virgin olive oil made from picual olives grown in the Sierra Mágina Natural Park, a protected environment of mountains and biodiversity. The picual variety stands out for its very high content of natural antioxidants, which gives this oil heart-healthy properties and greater stability over time, preserving its aroma and flavor intact.

    The centenary olive trees that produce this
    oil grow on steep and hard-to-reach slopes. This mountain olive grove condition makes the harvest more complex and artisanal,
    but it also gives each drop a unique personality: a green, fruity oil with a balanced flavor.

    It is an oil that elevates any dish, from toast to salad, adding flavor, vitamins, and antioxidants to maintain a healthy Mediterranean diet.

    The Picual variety is the most representative of extra virgin olive oil in Spain, covering more than 50% of the olive groves in our country, especially in the province of Jaén, although it is also very present in other areas of
    Andalusia such as Córdoba or Granada. Its name comes from the shape of its fruit, which ends in a small point or “beak”.


    Its color can vary from bright green to golden, depending on the degree of ripeness of the olive and the time of harvest. It is an oil with great oxidative stability, which means it preserves very well without losing properties, aromas, or flavor over time. Its complex structure and powerful profile make it unmistakable.
