Extra virgin olive oil coupage, made from picuda, picual and hojiblanca olives, which give it a perfect balance due to its harmony in aromas and flavours. It has an intense fruitiness, with green nuances and a slight hint of ripe fruit at its optimum moment. Perfectly balanced between sweet, bitter and spicy.
It is recommended for raw consumption to complement carpaccios, pastas, sauces, meats, white and blue fish.
