A unique Picual variety EVOO, produced in October after a meticulous selection process from the best mountain olive groves in the Sierra Mágina region. It has a high content of polyphenols, vitamin E, and oleic acid, which helps preserve our health. This early harvest EVOO bears the quality seal of the Sierra Mágina Designation of Origin.
With an intense fruity aroma and very complex notes of green grass, tomato plant, banana peel, and green almond. It has a proper balance between bitter and spicy that becomes noticeable progressively.
