Señorío de Camarasa oils come from centenary olive trees located in the heart of the Sierra Mágina Natural Park. Thanks to them we obtain a high quality Picual oil from Jaén of conventional and ecological cultivation, and very healthy with a unique flavour. 

Among its oils, we find the "Recién Hecho" oil, which has the quality seal of the Sierra Mágina Denomination of Origin, and its organic EVOO with an intense fruity smell and very complex aromas of green grass, tomato, banana peel and green almond. It has the right balance between bitterness and spiciness, which is gradually noticeable.

The price of Premium oils -early harvest extra virgin olive oils- are higher than other olive oils, mainly due to the olive yield, since, for the production of early harvest oil, which is usually produced at the end of October or the beginning of November, the olive yield is lower.
