Prices of picual oil

The gourmet olive oil is a unique oil. Its price is higher due to the complexity of its harvesting which is in turn more expensive than oil obtained from more mature olives. To produce early harvest olive oil, about 12 kilos of olives are needed compared to the normal extra virgin olive oil, which requires around 4 kilos of olives.
